Weareseekingan experienced Lead Developer- Salesforce to joinourtechnology team and drive the design, development, integration, deployment, and continuousimprovement of Salesforce solutions. This roleis ideal for a hands-on technicalleader who enjoysbuildingscalable Salesforce applications, mentoringdevelopers, collaboratingwithcross-functionalstakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutionsacross Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development activitiesacrossconfiguration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, automation, integrations, and platformenhancements.
Design and deliverscalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performingSalesforce solutionsthatimprove user experience and enableend-to-end businessprocesses.
Translatebusiness requirements intotechnicaldesigns, reusablecomponents, integrationpatterns, and implementationapproachesalignedwithplatformstandards.
Providetechnicalleadership to developersthroughmentoring, code reviews, design guidance, troubleshooting support, and enforcement of Salesforce developmentbestpractices.
Work closelywitharchitects, businessanalysts, QA teams, productowners, and stakeholders to estimatework, managedependencies, support testing, and deliver high-quality Salesforce releases.
Contribute to release planning, deploymentvalidation, documentation, technicalgovernance, and continuousimprovement of Salesforce deliveryprocesses.
Requiredskills and Experience
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce developmentexperience, including at least 2 years in a Lead Developer, Tech Lead,orsimilartechnicalleadershiprole.
Strong experiencewithAgile delivery, Scrumpractices, DevOps processes, CI/CD, release governance, and tools such as JIRA.
Experience withleveragingAI-powereddevelopment tools to accelerate the software developmentlifecycle, including requirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and productivityoptimization, whileadhering to organizational guardrails, securitypolicies, compliance requirements, data privacystandards, and responsible AI usageguidelines.
Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, automation, prompt engineering, and integration with Salesforce platform services.
Proven ability to lead Salesforce developmentteams, conduct code reviews, mentordevelopers, manage technicalrisks, and ensuredeliveryquality.
Strong practicalknowledge of Salesforce platformcapabilities, includingconfiguration, customization, automation, security, data model, integrations, and scalable solution design.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, triggers, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce developmentpatterns.
Experience withdeclarative tools such as Flows, validationrules, approvalprocesses, profiles, permissionsets, roles, users, pagelayouts, recordtypes, and dynamicforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, governorlimits, transactionboundaries, code coverage, performanceoptimization, securitymodel, sharingrules, and data visibilityconcepts.
Experience with Salesforce development tools and deployment utilities such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Workbench, Data Import Wizard, metadatadeployment tools, Copado, Bitbucket, and Git.
Strong experience in Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end developmentstandardswithin the Salesforce ecosystem.
Goodknowledge of Salesforce CPQ, includingproductconfiguration, pricing, quotingprocesses, customization, and integrationscenarios.
Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, includingcustomer and partnerportals, useraccess, branding, navigation, and portal-specificdevelopmentconsiderations.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middlewareintegrations, platformevents, outboundmessages, connected apps, authenticationmechanisms, and integrationerror-handling patterns.
Ability to collaboratewithbusinessusers, productowners, architects, QA teams, and cross-functionalstakeholders to clarify requirements, support UAT, plan releases, and provide post-release support.
Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with the ability to workindependently
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a relateddiscipline.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialistarepreferred.
Experience working in global, distributed, orcross-culturalteams.
Strong ownershipmindset, collaborativeworking style, and ability to lead by examplewithin a technicaldelivery team.
Good communicationskills, includingspeaking, writing, presentation, and stakeholderinteraction.
