New Radiance Cosmetic Centers is hiring a PRN / per diem PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to support post-anesthesia recovery care for cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures in our Palm Beach Gardens clinic. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PACU, ICU, ER, surgical, or plastic surgery RN who wants flexible weekday hours in a high-end aesthetic medicine environment.
As part of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, New Radiance combines clinical excellence, patient safety, and a luxury patient experience. You’ll work alongside experienced aesthetic providers and surgical professionals in a supportive, growth-oriented practice.
What you’ll do
- Monitor patients in post-anesthesia recovery, including vital signs, oxygen saturation, airway status, pain level, and neurological status.
- Provide safe recovery care after cosmetic surgery and aesthetic procedures.
- Administer prescribed IV, injectable, and oral medications for pain, nausea, and comfort management.
- Assess surgical sites, dressings, compression garments, and drains.
- Educate patients and caregivers on post-op instructions, medications, activity restrictions, warning signs, and follow-up care.
- Respond quickly and calmly to post-procedure complications or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards.
What we’re looking for
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Florida.
- Prior experience in PACU, post-anesthesia recovery, ICU, ER, surgical nursing, plastic surgery, or outpatient surgery.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong assessment skills and confidence recognizing post-op complications.
- Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, sharps safety, and patient safety standards.
- Clear communication, empathy, professionalism, and strong bedside manner.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-focused aesthetic or surgical environment.

- Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers.
- Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory.
