TG Orthodontics is a modern, growing, high-tech, high-touch boutique orthodontic practice in Marlboro, NJ. We're looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and team-oriented Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant to join our incredible team!

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to our patients.
• Assist the doctor and clinical team with orthodontic procedures.
• Help create a positive, fun, and comfortable patient experience.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Work collaboratively with an amazing team that values excellence, growth, and a positive culture.

• Learn and utilize innovative orthodontic technology and digital workflows.

What We're Looking For

A current and active New Jersey RDA license is REQUIRED.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.

• Experienced in orthodontics or eager to grow their orthodontic skills.

Previous orthodontic experience is preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to patient care matter just as much!
