• Drive development planningandexecutionbybreakingdownfeaturesintowell-definedtasks, accuratelyestimatingeffort, trackingprogress, anddeliveringworkwithhighpredictabilityandquality.

• Championengineeringexcellencethroughcodereviews, codingstandards, modern Android development practices, andcontinuousimprovementofapplicationperformance, security, andmaintainability.

• Ensureproductqualityend-to-endbydevelopingandmaintainingunittests, supportingfunctionalandautomatedtestinginitiatives, resolvingtechnicalissuesindependently, andpartneringwith QA to deliver a seamlessuserexperience.

Whatyou’llbring

• 3+ yearsof Android development experiencewithstrongproficiencyinKotlin, Java, andthe Android SDK, buildingandsupportingproduction-grade mobileapplications.

• Ability to communicate in Czech Language - B1

• Deepunderstandingofmodern Android architecturepatterns, including MVVM, cleanarchitectureprinciples, dependencyinjection, andscalableapplication design.

• StrongexperienceintegratingAPIs, SDKs, andthird-party libraries, with a focus on performance, maintainability, andseamlessmobileuserexperiences.

• Expertiseinsecuremobile development, includingsecurecodingpractices, codeobfuscation, encryption, HTTPS/TLS, and Android KeyStore/KeyChainimplementation.

• Excellent problem-solvingandtechnicalcommunicationskills, withtheability to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborateacrossteams, anddrivehigh-quality software delivery.
