What you'll do
Close. Work warm leads, quote across multiple carriers and bind policies: auto, home, renters and pet.
Advise. Help customers understand their options and make sure they're actually protected, not just cheaply insured.
Build your book. Grow and keep it with renewals, cross-sells and real customer relationships.

You
Hold an active P&C license, or can get one within 30 days.
Have a proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales.
Care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote.
Are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows. No coding needed.
Bonus: multi-line experience (auto plus home or renters), comparative raters, or an insurtech background.
