Help Financial Institutions Strengthen Risk, Control & Operational Excellence
Join Teciem as a Summit Senior Business Consultant, Middle Office and help leading financial institutions optimize their Treasury and Capital Markets operations.
As part of Teciem's Global Professional Services team, you will contribute to Summit implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs, helping clients enhance risk management, trade lifecycle controls, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a consultant with strong Middle Office expertise who enjoys working closely with clients, solving complex business challenges, and growing their consulting career within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You'll Do
Deliver Middle Office Solutions
- Support the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Summit Middle Office solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional designs and system configurations.
- Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and business process reviews.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, go-live, and post-production support.
- Contribute to successful delivery across implementation and transformation projects.
Support Risk & Control Transformation
Work with clients across areas such as:
- Trade Lifecycle Management
- Market Risk Management
- Counterparty Credit Risk
- Exposure Monitoring
- Limits Management
- Valuation & P&L Validation
- Liquidity & Funding Risk
- Collateral Management
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- Trade Controls & Exception Management
- Treasury & Capital Markets Operations
Build Strong Client Relationships
- Work closely with Risk, Treasury, Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
- Provide functional recommendations and industry best practices.
- Support issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to Team Success
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and delivery teams across global projects.
- Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of project deliverables, templates, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants when appropriate.
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Banking, Risk Management, or Financial Services.
- Experience working on Summit projects or similar Treasury and Capital Markets platforms.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, business transformations, or operational change initiatives.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting experience is advantageous.
