We're looking for a curious, motivated, and client-focused Senior Business Consultant to join our Sophis Invest Global Practice.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with innovative technology, and collaborating with people from different backgrounds and cultures, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Consultant, you'll be the bridge between our clients' business needs and our Sophis Invest platform.
You'll:
- Work directly with leading asset managers, banks, insurers, and investment firms.
- Understand how clients operate today and help design smarter ways of working.
- Configure and showcase Fusion Invest solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Participate in workshops, client meetings, demos, and solution design sessions.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, architects, and product experts around the world.
- Contribute to exciting implementation projects from design through go-live.
- Help clients get maximum value from their investment in Fusion Invest.
- Stay on top of market trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations.
Who We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have minimum 5 years experience
- Have a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Enjoy understanding how systems, processes, and technology work together.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Love working with people and building relationships.
- Are naturally curious and enjoy solving puzzles and challenges.
- Are comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
- Have an interest in financial markets, investments, or fintech.
- Like learning new things and taking ownership of your work.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Knowledge of financial markets, asset management, banking, insurance, or risk management.
- Experience with software implementation, consulting, business analysis, or client-facing projects.
- Familiarity with investment management platforms or financial technology solutions.
