Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Implementation, Teciem is seeking a Junior Technical Consultant to support the technical implementation of the Kondor solution, leveraging knowledge of system architecture, databases, and Teciem platforms to deliver client projects.
The technical consultant is responsible for technical integration, system configuration, implementation, consultative training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support of software applications for new and existing clients. Follow project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and client specifications. This position is client-facing and may requires travel to the client site as the project warrants.
Responsibilities
Your deliverables as a Technical Consultant, Kondor will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support Kondor implementation and upgrade projects
- Assist in system configuration and parameter setup based on client requirements
- Participate in technical workshops and client discussions
- Help with integration tasks (interfaces, data flows, connectivity with external systems)
- Perform testing activities (SIT, UAT support, validation of outputs) and assist in issue resolution
- Troubleshoot basic technical and configuration issues
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-go-live activities
- Assist in data validation, migration checks, and environment setup
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project deliverables
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and user training sessions
- Follow project standards, timelines, and quality procedures
- Accurately report time and project activities
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (especially MSSQL).
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and containerization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AKS).
- Exposure to scripting and/or programming (e.g., SQL, Shell, Python).
- Awareness of system integration concepts (interfaces, file exchanges, APIs, security).
Kondor+ / Product Exposure (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Kondor+ products, or similar systems is a plus.

Education
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
