Overview
Make a Difference in a Child’s World as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist!
Become part of a mission-driven team at THERAPY 2000, where clinical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and heart guide everything we do. Since 2000, we have proudly served Texas families through compassionate, home-based pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services tailored to each child’s unique needs.
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Austin Division, primarily serving the Hutto area, with the potential to extend visits into Pflugerville or Taylor to support a full-time caseload.
As a pediatric OT, you will have the opportunity to help children develop the skills they need to participate more independently in everyday activities, including play, self-care, fine motor tasks, and daily routines. Through individualized, family-centered therapy in the home environment, you will support each child’s growth while empowering families with strategies they can use beyond therapy sessions.
Embrace a diverse and rewarding clinical experience! You will have the opportunity to work with families from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including bilingual and Spanish-speaking households. These experiences offer valuable opportunities to strengthen your culturally responsive practice, build meaningful connections with families, and adapt your approach to meet each child’s and family’s unique needs. You’ll have access to team resources and support to help you navigate these interactions and continue growing as a clinician.
Grow your clinical skills with a supportive team! At THERAPY 2000, we value collaboration, mentorship, and continued professional development. You will have opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Join a team that is passionate about helping children grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential, right where they feel most comfortable: at home!
