Must Have
- Strong Full Stack development experience using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET
- Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services
- Experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications
- Strong automated testing across unit, API, integration and end-to-end journeys
- CI/CD, GitHub and modern DevSecOps practices
- Experience with production support, observability and troubleshooting
- For Principal/Staff roles: experience designing or building AI/agentic or conversational applications, including intent classification, orchestration, API/tool integration and human escalation
