Job SummaryThe Production Worker / Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role supports the manufacturing process by identifying defects, maintaining equipment, and following production protocols.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

Role Highlights:
- Repair and maintain LV & HV electrical rotating machinery.
- Assemble and disassemble electrical rotating equipment.
- Conduct static and dynamic tests on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Rewind electric motors and generators.
- Perform balancing on motors to keep things running smoothly.
- Keep the goods flowing with timely ordering when required.
- Take direction from your Supervisor-Works Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- When required, attend onsite to conduct effective repairs of electrical rotating equipment.
What you need to succeed:
- CERT III in Electrotechnology or above / equivalent.
- Experience in repairing and rewinding DC motors, medium to High Voltage electrical motors, and generators.
- Excellent time management skills to keep things on track.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
