Investment Documentation: Review and interpret subscription documents, capital account statements, and other investment-related documentation to ensure accurate recording and reporting of investment activity.

Reconciliations & Entity Accounting: Perform reconciliations across bank and brokerage accounts, investment accounts, general ledger balances, and related entities; investigate and resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate intercompany records.

Cash Management: Monitor cash balances, track liquidity needs, coordinate cash transfers and payments, and assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

Coordinate with outside tax advisors and internal tax professionals on tax planning, estimated payments, and year-end reporting; tax return preparation is not required.

Client Service & Professional Coordination: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, responding to financial inquiries and coordinating with auditors, investment managers, outside tax advisors, and other professional advisors.

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Exercise a high degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling confidential personal, financial, investment, and business information.

Process Improvement, Systems & Special Projects: Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting processes, financial controls, and technology utilization. Support technology implementations, special projects, and financial analyses as requested.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience: 3–6+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or outsourced accounting experience. Experience supporting family offices, high-net-worth individuals, personal wealth, trusts, and/or family-owned businesses is preferred.
