Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.
Make a meaningful difference by guiding military service members and their families through the Disability Evaluation System (DES), ensuring they receive the support and information needed throughout the process.
Position Highlights
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

Position Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution (education equivalency may be considered)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information and coordinate multiple cases
Familiarity with military disability evaluation processes preferred
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) and Disability Evaluation System (DES) cases
Assist service members with disability evaluation processes, benefits information, and required documentation
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and case reviews
Communicate with military leadership, medical teams, and the VA
Maintain accurate case records and meet required deadlines
