Registered Nurse – Case Management, Wounded Warrior

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a dedicated RN Case Manager – Wounded Warrior to support the recovery and rehabilitation of military service members at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Position Highlights
Full-time opportunity
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
Experience working with active-duty military service members
Knowledge of TRICARE, DoD and VA healthcare systems, and the Recovery Care Coordinator Program
Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation care plans
Collaborate with military healthcare providers and support programs
Facilitate referrals and continuity of care
Advocate for wounded service members and their families
Make a lasting difference in the recovery and well-being of our nation's service members!
