Registered Nurse – Case Management, Inpatient

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Inpatient RN Case Manager to support comprehensive patient care at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Position Highlights
Full-time opportunity
Monday-Friday (40hrs per wk)

Position Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inpatient treatment and discharge planning
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers
Facilitate transitions to outpatient and community services
Support exceptional care and successful recovery for our military patients!
