Do you know how a factory and a warehouse really work, and want to make them run better across many sites? As Business Process Owner, you'll lead how production and warehouse processes work in our ERP. You'll make them simple, consistent and efficient for every site. It's a visible role with real impact, connecting Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT.
What you'll do
- Own production and warehouse processes in the ERP: planning, production orders, bills of materials, routes, capacity, shop floor control, warehouse management and production costing.
- Turn business needs into solutions: collect requirements from the sites and work with IT to design, improve and validate processes.
- Lead a network of key users: run workshops, guide testing and roll-outs, train teams and organise first-line support.
- Work across functions with the other process owners (Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Finance), and act as their back-up.
- Keep delivery on track: follow up on deliverables, manage scope changes, flag risks early and raise issues to leadership.
What you bring
- 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Process Owner, ERP functional lead or process lead for production and warehouse, in a manufacturing environment (ideally food or process industry)
- Hands-on experience of at least one full ERP roll-out across several sites or countries, from design through to go-live and support
- Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor, warehouse management and production costing processes
- Strong project management skills: planning, organising and reporting
- Ability to lead and influence in an international, matrix organisation
- Ability to balance Group standards with local site realities
- A structured, results-driven and positive mindset, with strong communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel (15%)
Why Solina
- A key role in shaping how our plants and warehouses run across the Group
- Broad exposure to every function and country, with strong growth opportunities
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where your ideas count
