Salary range is 140-170k but is dependent upon the candidate's skills, experience, education and certifications.

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Developer. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Pega applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements
Develop and implement Pega applications.
Customize and configure Pega solutions.
Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1+ year of experience with Pega PRPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be willing to work onsite at the client's location.
- Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
- Pega Architecture (Intermediate)
- Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate).
- Pega Platform (Intermediate).
