About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact General Manager to oversee regional operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead multi-site teams, drive performance, and uphold our commitment to safety, best-in-class service, quality, and operational excellence.Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of production, dispatch, maintenance, customer relationships, safety, training, hiring, and financial performance within your assigned region.
- Lead and mentor Plant Managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient and on time delivery of ready-mix products.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and uptime.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Use data and technology to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
- Identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of SRM Concrete.
