Position Summary:
The Brand Ambassador will elevate the client experience at Fontainebleau Aviation by fostering strong personal relationships. They will ensure that new clients perceive a marked difference from their previous FBO experiences and that existing clients remain loyal and satisfied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the Brand:Embody the company's values and consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with the brand image.
- Cultivate Relationships:Build rapport with clients, understand their operational needs, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Facilitate Communication:Act as a liaison between executive and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Problem-Solve:Proactively address and resolve client concerns, utilizing available resources to ensure a positive outcome.
- Represent the Company:Articulate the company's vision and offerings confidently and comprehensively to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor Client Satisfaction:Assess client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Feedback:Share insights and observations from client interactions with the executive team to inform decision-making in sales, marketing, leasing, and operations.
- Industry Engagement:Participate in conferences and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Continuous Learning:Demonstrate a willingness to learn about various aspects of the business and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of aviation experience or relevant customer service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with aviation software (e.g., X1, FlightBridge) is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
