This early morning position offers a consistent schedule, steady hours, and the opportunity to develop valuable floor care and facility maintenance skills while working independently and as part of a team.
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay Every Friday
Schedule
- 4:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 39 hours per week
- 6 days per week
- Tuesday off
- Short early morning shift
- Weekend availability required

What You'll Do
- Operate floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools
- Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces
- Perform scrubbing, buffing, and routine floor maintenance tasks
- Vacuum and maintain carpeted areas as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
- Floor care or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required
Training Provided
No experience necessary. Carlson provides paid training for motivated and dependable candidates who are eager to learn floor care techniques, equipment operation, and cleaning best practices.
