Carlson is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Wadsworth, OH to help maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking floors in a retail/commercial environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in delivering quality results, and prefers an early morning schedule.

Location: Wadsworth, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
Schedule:
- 7 days per week
- 3:30 AM - 8:30 AM
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- Short early morning shift
- Must be available to work a consistent 7-day schedule

What You'll Do
- Operate floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
- Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces to company standards
- Perform routine floor maintenance, including scrubbing and buffing
- Inspect work areas and ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable
- Follow safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance concerns
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently
- Support general cleaning needs as required
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment
- Previous floor care or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
