We're looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to assist our experienced installation team. No extensive experience is required—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Assist with residential HVAC installations
- Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Safely use hand and power tools on the job
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Learn installation techniques from experienced technicians
- Deliver outstanding customer service in customers' homes
- Know what tools and materials are needed for the task you are performing.
- Follow instructions and remember how to complete tasks you have already been shown.
- Stay productive and know what needs to be done next without constantly being told.
- Complete assigned portions of an installation without constant instruction or supervision.
- Set and install an outdoor unit independently.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with HVAC Installation and can work independently as an Install Helper
- Comfortable using power tools, climb ladders, lift over 50-75lbs, get into attics spaces, able to work hard
- Recognize and properly use common HVAC tools and materials.
- Understand the basic steps of a residential HVAC installation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to build a career in the skilled trades
