What You’ll Be Doing: Writing and gathering fresh, original news stories for print and digital publication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with key people and organisations
- Breaking exciting news stories and creating engaging content
- Contributing to news planning meetings and working closely with the Northern Papers Editor
- Interviewing and photographing subjects with confidence and professionalism
- Representing our company in a positive, professional manner
What You Bring:

- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
- A strong team player who is eager to learn and collaborate
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
