The HR Technology Architect serves as a strategic and techno-functional partner across Human Resources, helping translate HR business needs into thoughtful, scalable technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes combined with deep knowledge of Workday and the broader HR technology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious and solution-oriented, with the ability to look beyond the initial request, ask the right “why” questions, understand the underlying business problem, and recommend solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term HR strategy.
This individual will partner closely with HR, HR Technology, IT, and other enterprise stakeholders to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and architect solutions across the employee lifecycle. The role will help guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions, and architecture standards while ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
Experience successfully designing and delivering HR technology solutions within a healthcare environment is highly valued.
