Job Description:
To attend daily muster, verifies attendance and issues work instruction.
To supervise and direct work activities to meet ascribed standards and quality.
Responsible to inspect, account, record and dispatch estate’s produce as directed.
Inspects and maintains all records in area of responsibility and perform work according to instruction.
Responsible for making requisitions, issues and receipt of materials for operation.
Resolves worker’s grievances in accordance with prescribed practices.
Prepares monthly payroll, costing and relevant monthly reports.
Ensures compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) acts, and related legislations in handling workers’ affairs.
Compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) of workers under his supervision.
Inputs in budget preparation
Procures knowledge of a body of standard - rules, regulations, procedures, operations, management of division/estate
