Safety Worxs is seeking Spanish bilingual Safety Coordinators local to the Florence, TX area to support a commercial construction project. Must be local, there is not per diem for this role.
Requirements:
- OSHA 510 minimum
- 3 - 5 years of construction safety experience
- Local to Florence, TX
- Spanish bilingual
Duties include but not limited to:
- Support compliance with the safety program
- Conduct site inspections of project work areas and equipment.
- Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits with a focus on hazard recognition and unsafe behaviors.
- Coordinate and conduct safety meetings/training programs to ensure effective communication amongst new and existing employees.
- Carry out any other assigned tasks given by the site Safety Manager.
Benefits:
- 50 hours + OT Pay after 40 hours
- 5-6 month assignment
- $35 - $40 /hr. Depending on Experience
