What are we expecting from you?
Retail Operations Assistant Manager will be the key to drive digital transformation across BTQs in Japan. Acting as an important link between HQ strategy and local execution, the role will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, insuring boutique standards, and continuous improvement across the retail organization.
- You will lead the launch and deployment of the new transformation digital application working closely with HQ and boutique teams
- You will drive compliance excellence across BTQs in partnership with related functions
- You will lead the boutique Operation Associate community and communicate closely with boutique management to redefine operational bottlenecks and points of improvement.
- You will drive continuous improvement of boutique operations to elevate client experience and contribute to building a more agile, collaborative, and transformation-oriented retail organization.
