About Refold AI
Enterprise integrations are still built by hand, one customer at a time, by a human supply chain of consultants. We think that's the last big software category that hasn't been automated — and we're automating it.
Refold is the AI integration delivery layer. Our agents build, test, deploy, and maintain integration workflows inside our customers' own products, white-labeled, up to 90% faster. Trained on millions of real-world contexts across SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce, we turn integration work that used to take quarters into days — and then keep it running, because the agents detect failures and repair mappings themselves.
Traction: 30+ paying enterprise customers, 1,500+ active users, 10M+ API calls processed daily, seven-figure ARR. Customers include Incorta, Kantata, Coupa, Naehas, OvationCXM, and Zycus. The results are the pitch: Kantata ships integrations 75% faster with 8x delivery capacity; Incorta cut time-to-go-live by 70% and recovered 8,000+ engineering hours; Naehas went from 3–5-month builds to 90% faster delivery.
Refold was founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, who have been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. We've raised $6.5M led by Eniac Ventures (early investors in Airbnb & Uber) and Tidal Ventures, with Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21 Ventures, and Titan Ventures participating.
We're assembling a founding team of people who learn fast, raise the bar, and shape the company from day one. Our buyers don't come from paid ads — they come from the room. Practice leaders, integration architects, and product executives who trust each other more than they trust a vendor. This seat owns that room.
Key Responsibilities
Own the event calendar: Plan, run, and measure our presence at PMA, SAP Connect, TSIA, Ai4, and the industry moments where our buyers actually gather. Speaking slots, booths, side events, and the follow-up that turns a conversation into a meeting
Run the dinner series: Executive networking dinners in target metros are one of our best pipeline sources. Own the guest list, the format, the venue, and the outcome — and scale it beyond one city
Produce Unfolded: Our podcast is a ten-minute rapid-fire format built to open doors with mid-funnel accounts. Own guest sourcing, booking, production, and the recap content that gives each episode a second life
Build the webinar engine: Recurring, genuinely useful sessions with customers, partners, and practitioners — not thinly disguised demos
Build the community: Create a place where integration and delivery leaders at software companies want to be. Our credibility comes from being useful to this group before we sell them anything
Carry a pipeline number: Field marketing here is measured in meetings booked, opportunities sourced, and pipeline influenced. Badge scans are not the metric
Co-market with partners: Joint events, joint webinars, and consortium activity with our customers and ecosystem partners
Make it repeatable: Turn what works into a run-of-show, a budget model, and a calendar the team can execute without you in every room
Role Information
Audience: CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Product, and VPs of Professional Services / Delivery at sales-led software companies
Programs in flight: Unfolded podcast, monthly executive dinners, speaking slots at industry events, consortium-led executive introductions, and a partner ISV event in planning
Works closest with: The AE and BDR team, Product Marketing, and the founders
Current growth team: 1 BDR, 1 AE, 2 Marketing, 4 Post-Sale, plus a 20-person engineering and delivery org
Required Skills & Abilities
Field marketing track record: 5–8 years in community, field, or event marketing at B2B SaaS, with meaningful time at a Series A or B company where you owned the calendar rather than supported it
You've run the room: Conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, and side events — you've done the venue calls, the guest list triage, the run-of-show, and the awkward moment when a speaker cancels at 6 pm
A real SF network: You know the venues, the vendors, the organisers, and the people worth inviting. You can put twelve of the right executives around a table without a paid list
Producer instinct: You've made a podcast or webinar series actually happen on a schedule, not just in a plan
Pipeline accountability: You're comfortable being measured on meetings and opportunities, and you know how to instrument events so you can prove it
Builder DNA: No events team, no agency, no MDF. You'll book the venue and write the invite copy yourself, and that's the appealing part, not the problem
Presence matters: Based in the SF Bay Area, in-office 3 days a week, and genuinely willing to travel
Nice to Have
Marketed to technical or enterprise-software audiences rather than broad SMB
Experience in the ERP or integration ecosystem — SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce
Comfortable doing light business development yourself: opening a conversation at an event and running it through to a booked meeting
Built a community from zero — Slack group, user council, practitioner network — and grown it into something people show up for
Hands-on with HubSpot and event or webinar tooling
