Overview
Quisitive is seeking a Lead SharePoint Modernization Engineer to lead the transformation of legacy SharePoint environments into modern Microsoft 365 solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering, migration expertise, automation, and technical leadership across enterprise SharePoint modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead SharePoint migration and modernization projects from SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 to SharePoint Online.
- Design and develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
- Build automation solutions using PowerShell and PnP PowerShell.
- Execute large-scale content migrations using ShareGate.
- Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for SharePoint Online deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across SharePoint Online, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Define governance, security, and best practices for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on customer engagements.
- Partner with architects, project teams, and customers to deliver successful modernization outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and ShareGate.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, and hybrid environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale migration and modernization projects.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for SharePoint and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing consulting skills.
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
