As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer, you will work alongside experienced consultants, architects, and business leaders to deliver solutions that solve real business challenges for clients across North America and beyond.
We are looking for a developer who enjoys building quality solutions, collaborating with global teams, and continuously expanding their technical skills in the Microsoft ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and support customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Build integrations, data interfaces, and reports using Microsoft development tools and best practices.
- Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain solutions using X++, Visual Studio, Data Entities, OData, and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
- Support data migration efforts, application updates, and platform enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions in Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with X++, SQL, SSRS, and D365 F&O development frameworks.
- Experience building integrations using Data Entities, OData, APIs, and Power Platform technologies.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), source control, and deployment processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a consulting or client-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations developer certification.
- Experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related business processes.
- Exposure to global implementations and enterprise-scale projects.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
