Experienced Associate, Development Consultant- Digital Learning

Key accountabilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning and blended learning content using tools such as:

• Articulate 360

• Adobeapps (Photoshop, Illustrator,Premiere,Lightroom,etc)

• And more

• Produce creative learning assets, including videos, motion graphics, microlearning content,etc

• Support end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and publishing for internal and external learning initiatives; 

• Designand deliveringengaging learning experiences, activities and learning environments that encourage participation, practice, reflection and application of learning; 

• Incorporate gamification, scenario-based learning, simulations and experiential activities into learning solutions across multiple formats and channels; 

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, engagement teams and stakeholders to identify learningneeds, manage production timelines and deliver high-quality learning solutions; 

• Manage and deliver digital upskillingprogrammesand learning initiatives; 

• Supportautomation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience;

• Assist with operational, risk, and compliance activities, including Technology Risk Assessments (TRA) and governance requirements;
