In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenProfessionalto join the Finance Consulting team.
Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions
Advise clients onleveragingdigital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda,andoptimizefinance operationsby embedding AI elements
Drive improvements in core finance processes, including budgeting,reportingand performance monitoring
Collaborate with experienced and senior consultants to solvereal businesschallenges — from strategy to execution
Participate in client meetings and discussions, presenting solutions and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
Support and supervise the preparation of proposals, reports,presentationsand project deliverables
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams
Identifyopportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies
Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing coaching,feedbackand development opportunities to build team capability
What you bring matters
3–6 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with a strong grasp of end-to-endaccountingworkflows including month-end closing, managementreportingandconsolidation
Bachelor’s orMaster’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Professional accounting or finance qualifications (such as ACCA,ACA,CIMA), whether completed or currently in progress,will be consideredan asset
Solid understanding ofaccounting and reporting standards (e.g.,Greek GAAP, IFRS), withrobustknowledge offinancialconsolidationprocesses
Demonstratedproficiencyindigital financeenvironmentutilisingmodernERP systems(e.g.,SAP,SoftOneetc.)andEPM tools(e.g.,Oracle, Anaplan etc.)includingAI-enabledautomationfunctionalities
Proveninvolvementin finance transformation initiatives across key processes (e.g., R2R,Consolidation,FP&A), including involvement in requirements gathering, process documentationandreporting hierarchies and dimensions design
Previousexperience in a consulting environment will be considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data analysis, reporting, and the development of high-quality presentations
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
Proactive and positive mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work, building relationships, collaborating in diverse teams, and continuous learning
