In this role, you will:
Design Creation:Create engaging, on-brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for a range of platforms and purposes, including websites, social media, email marketing, posters, presentations, and other digital and print materials.
Daily Social Media Management:Manage the company’s social media presence across various platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others; develop a social media calendar; generate content ideas; create visual assets (static and dynamic); write post copy; publish content; and monitor performance and engagement analytics.
Email Marketing Management:Manage email campaigns by creating and segmenting audience lists, preparing and sending targeted communications through several of the company’s email marketing platforms, and monitoring campaign performance and analytics.
Daily Web Management:Manage andmaintainwebsite content by creating, updating, editing, and removing pages and information; uploading assets; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; andmonitoringbasic web performance and analytics.
Digital Advertising Management:Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms. Together with the team,analyseandoptimiseads to ensure they meet performance targets.
Collaboration:Work closely with the entire M&C team and other departments to align design and digital marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
At least3years of proven experience in design and digital marketing
Proficiencyin design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for creating visually compelling content
Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or others)
Good knowledgeof andhands-on experience with digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing tools, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Skills considered abonus:
Experience in SEO and/or SEM
Passion for photography and/or video creation
Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position rangesfrom EUR 2600 to EUR 3000.Actual compensation depends on the candidate’s qualifications and skills.
