Responsibilities:- Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls and installation projects
- Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Install, replace, and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, and other residential plumbing equipment
- Assist with larger plumbing installations and replacements from start to finish
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations under proper supervision
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Complete assigned work safely and efficiently while following Illinois plumbing codes and company safety procedures
- Communicate with dispatch, management, and team members throughout the day
- Participate in ongoing training and hands-on development opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of documented plumbing experience through an approved sponsored plumbing apprenticeship program
- Hands-on experience with residential plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- General understanding of plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and/or installations
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to continue learning
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively alongside experienced Licensed Plumbers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working with tablets and mobile dispatch technology (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as required
- Ability to successfully complete the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
