As a JuniorProduct Designer, yourmissionwillbe to contribute to the design andevolutionofnewscalablebenefits, alwayskeepingtheuseratthecenter. Youwilljoin a corporateyetdynamicenvironment, whereinnovation, empathy, anduserexperience drive everythingwe do.
Whatyou’llbedoing:
Ideating, prototyping, andtestingproductconceptsacrossdifferentplatforms, primarily in Figma.
Supportinguser researchactivities (interviews, testing, analysis) whilelearningfromsenior designers andgraduallyincreasinginvolvement.
Designingsolutions for smallfeatureswithautonomy, andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswith team support.
Usingandapplying design systems to ensureconsistency in visualsanduserexperience.
Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
Communicating design ideasclearlyandeffectively, highlightingtheirpotentialimpact.
Collaboratingwithhumility, openness to feedback, and a strongwillingness to learn.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
WorkExperienceRequirements:
1 or 2yearsofexperience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, orbenefits.
Languages:
Spanish andenglishfluent
