Responsibilities
- Take an active part in R&D activities within a team of highly skilled software engineers, helping deliver high-quality results on time.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend features and services, with guidance from senior team members.
- Participate in code refactoring efforts to improve maintainability.
- Take part in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback, to grow your skills and maintain quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core; familiarity with .NET Framework is an advantage.
- Exposure to SaaS systems, with an interest in working at scale and high transaction volumes.
- Good understanding of software design principles and common design patterns, and a willingness to learn architectural best practices.
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across different disciplines.
- Ability to deliver quality code on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
