Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analysis of multi-omics datasets
- Execute standard workflows for QC, normalization, annotation, and result generation
- Develop and maintain R scripts / lightweight analytical tools
- Prepare tables, figures, and summaries for internal team use
- Maintain clear documentation for reproducibility and traceability
- Collaborate within the team to support timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in bioinformatics or multi-omics analysis
- Practical experience with R, Python, and Linux/Unix
- Experience in R tool or script development
- Familiarity with NGS and/or multi-omics analysis workflows
- Strong teamwork and documentation skills
