Our Opportunity
We have versatile, exciting and rewarding full-time and casual opportunities at our Balgowlah centre for experienced Dental Assistants and Receptionists.
Our 4-chair practice delivers general dentistry, surgical extractions, sleep dentistry and orthodontics, and you’ll be joining a friendly, welcoming and helpful team who love providing exceptional care to their patients.

Full-Time Dental Assistant
- Availability Monday - Friday is essential (8am - 6pm)
- Potential for weekend work on a rotational basis - higher rates apply!
- Mostly chairside assisting, including complex procedures such as implant restorations
- Experience as a chairside and sterilisation Dental Assistant is essential
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Above award wages, penalty rates and corporate gym membership perks
Casual Dental Assistant/Receptionist
- Available for a minimum of 3 weekdays
- Weekend work on a rotational basis - higher rates apply!
- Be the face of the centre, a reception superstar greeting patients, managing appointments and processing payments, with chairside and sterilisation support as required
- Reception experience is essential, and we welcome receptionists with no dental background
- Above award wages, casual loading and penalty rates

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:
- Full-time: experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation, including confidence assisting with complex procedures such as implant restorations
- Casual: experience as a Receptionist, with outstanding customer service, a warm front desk presence and the flexibility to support chairside and sterilisation when needed
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
