About the job:
We are looking for an Integration Delivery & Tooling Expert to join the Integration team and play a key role in strengthening and continuously improving the way Integration services are onboarded, governed, delivered and managed across the organization
The role sits close to Integration Delivery and acts as a bridge between projects, Integration Delivery, Architecture, Platform and Release Management, ensuring that our processes, governance, tools and knowledge are effectively embedded into day-to-day project delivery.
The role combines project onboarding and governance, Jira and Confluence ownership, knowledge management, reporting and KPIs, team communications, continuous improvement, automation and AI adoption.
The role will work closely with our Integration Factory and project teams to make sure agreed controls and ways of working are understood, adopted and continuously improved based on real project experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our delivery processes, governance controls, tools, knowledge and reporting are practical, consistently adopted and continuously improved.
A key element of the role will also be to drive the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working, identifying opportunities to use tools such as Atlassian Rovo and AI agents to simplify processes, automate repetitive activities and improve the efficiency and quality of Integration Delivery.
Main responsibilities:
· Own and coordinate the Integration onboarding process for projects.
· Guide projects through the Integration delivery lifecycle, governance requirements and ways of working.
· Ensure the appropriate stakeholders, responsibilities and governance checkpoints are established.
· Provide practical guidance to project teams on how to apply Integration processes and controls.
· Manage and improve the Integration Jira and Confluence environment.
· Develop and maintain Jira/Confluence automations.
· Create standardized project templates and reusable content.
· Develop dashboards, filters and reporting views.
· Ensure the tools remain aligned with the Integration delivery lifecycle.
· Develop onboarding material for projects and new team members.
· Promote knowledge sharing across Integration Delivery and the wider Integration community.
· Define and maintain relevant Integration Delivery and governance KPIs.
· Track onboarding, governance adoption, delivery progress and key actions.
· Coordinate regular Integration Delivery communications.
· Prepare project onboarding and governance communications.
· Act as the AI and automation advocate for Integration Delivery.
· Identify repetitive activities that could be automated or AI-enabled.
· Explore and promote the use of Atlassian Rovo and other enterprise AI capabilities.
· Identify opportunities for AI agents to support project onboarding, governance and knowledge management.
About you:
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in technology delivery, PMO, digital transformation, integration, IT operations or technology enablement.
Ideally, you will have:
- 8+ years of experience in IT or technology-related environments.
- Experience with project onboarding and follow-up or working supporting technical delivery of products or projects.
- Strong practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
- Experience with process improvement and automation.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions or geographies.
- Experience managing knowledge bases, documentation or collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, AI agents or automation technologies.
- Experience in an Integration environment is highly desirable.
The candidate does not need to be an Integration developer. A good understanding of integration concepts and technology delivery lifecycle is more important than hands-on development experience.
