About the job In this role, you will ensure the reliable and efficient supply of finished products manufactured by Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). You will coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, balance demand and supply, and act as a key interface between external partners and internal stakeholders to secure product availability and optimize performance. Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple Help shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging Main responsibilities Coordinate supply and demand planning for finished products produced by CMOs, ensuring continuous product availability Manage short- and mid-term supply constraints, identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions Lead supply chain activities for new product launches, transfers, and product changes Act as the main point of escalation between CMOs and internal stakeholders on operational issues Monitor and improve CMO supply chain performance, including reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Optimize supply chain costs (inventory, transportation, waste/destruction) while maintaining service levels Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements across external manufacturing partners About you Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in a regulated industry or complex environment Strong planning and coordination skills across supply, demand, and external partners Knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and forecasting processes Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve operational issues in a structured way Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (MS Office, especially Excel) Project management and continuous improvement mindset SAP (Polaris) advanced knowledge is a benefit Fluent in English This is more than the next step in your career, it’s a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
