As a Ci2C Cash Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely cash application across our Europe & MEA entities, enabling strong cash flow management and a seamless customer experience. You will join a dynamic, international team where continuous improvement, digitalisation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Key responsibilities Manage and process incoming payments in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Perform accurate cash application and clearing of Accounts Receivable (AR) balances Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including unapplied or misapplied cash and deductions Collaborate cross-functionally with collections, credit, and revenue teams to resolve issues Deliver against operational KPIs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls Support and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives Maintain process documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team Key requirements 1–2 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable, ideally in an international or shared services environment Solid understanding of Invoice-to-Cash (Ci2C) processes, especially cash application Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. French) are a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and deliver in a fast-paced environment This is more than the next step in your career, it’s a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
