Join OneAdvanced

Join OneAdvanced as an Account Manager within our Primary Care team, working as part of a regional customer POD focused on protecting, developing and growing our customer relationships.

You will take day to day commercial ownership of an established portfolio of Primary Care customers, building trusted relationships, understanding their priorities and helping them realise greater value from their OneAdvanced solutions.

Working alongside your Account Director, Customer Adoption and Value colleagues and wider specialist teams, you will play an important role in customer retention, renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team with a clear regional strategy, where you will have ownership of your customer relationships while contributing to shared regional customer and commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

As an Account Manager, you will take day to day commercial ownership of an assigned portfolio of Primary Care customers, working within a regional POD to protect existing revenue and identify opportunities for growth.

You will:

• Build trusted relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders across your customer portfolio.

• Develop and execute clear account plans, translating regional priorities into proactive customer engagement, retention and growth activity.

• Lead regular customer reviews, understanding customer priorities, adoption, realised value, renewal readiness, commercial risks and future opportunities.

• Own contract renewal activity across your portfolio, engaging customers early to maximise retention and minimise commercial risk.

• Identify and progress expansion, cross sell and upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs, priorities and use of OneAdvanced solutions.

• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and accurate customer, opportunity and commercial information within CRM.

• Work collaboratively with your Account Director, Customer Adoption and Value colleagues and wider specialist teams to deliver shared regional customer and commercial outcomes.

• Bring customer insight and market intelligence back into the wider business, helping us continuously improve the experience and value we deliver to our customers.

What You Will Have

• Experience in account management, customer success or a commercial customer facing role, ideally within technology, healthcare or another complex B2B environment.

• A strong track record of building trusted customer relationships and understanding customer needs, priorities and commercial drivers.

• Commercial awareness, with experience supporting retention, renewals and customer growth.

• Confidence managing multiple customer relationships and priorities, with strong organisation and attention to detail.

• The ability to identify opportunities, qualify customer needs and progress commercial conversations effectively.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with people at different levels of an organisation.

• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a wider regional team, sharing insight, supporting colleagues and taking collective ownership of customer outcomes.

• Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything about Primary Care on day one. We are looking for people with strong transferable skills who want to develop their knowledge and grow with us.

Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
