At Netsmart, improving care delivery isn't just our aspiration, it's our passion! For more than 50 years, we've been a healthcare software company developing technology and providing services in the behavioral health, human services, and Post-Acute markets. We collaborate with organizations and partner with our clients across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges, identify obstacles and recognize new opportunities as healthcare evolves. We continuously strive to advance our Netsmart technologies and offerings beyond the EHR by embracing new technology trends that empower healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

At Netsmart, Project Managers play a critical role in helping healthcare organizations successfully navigate meaningful technology transformation. This opportunity will support our Post-Acute Consulting team and myUnity Uplift initiatives, partnering directly with clients as they move through complex technology and implementation projects.

The work requires someone who can balance strong project management fundamentals with the relationship skills needed to build credibility with healthcare clients and internal teams.

This is an opportunity to work within Netsmart’s Post-Acute myUnity organization, where the team supports technology that spans the post-acute care continuum and continues to evolve through new capabilities, integrations and AI-enabled functionality.
