Temel Sorumluluklar
Mal kabul ve stoklama
- Tedarikçi ve merkez depodan gelen yedek parçaların irsaliye/sipariş kontrolünü yaparak sisteme (ör. SAP MM/WM, WMS) giriş yapmak.
- Parçaları adres/lokasyon sistemine göre yerleştirmek; barkod ve etiketleme düzenini korumak.
- Hasarlı veya eksik gelen ürünleri tutanakla kayıt altına almak ve ilgili birime bildirmek.
Sevkiyat ve parça tedariki
- Saha teknisyenleri ve yetkili servislerden gelen parça taleplerini toplama, paketleme ve sevkiyata hazırlamak.
- Acil (kritik SLA) taleplerini önceliklendirerek aynı gün çıkışını sağlamak.
- Kargo ve dağıtım firmalarıyla teslimat takibini yapmak; teknisyen araç stoklarının (van stock) ikmalini desteklemek.
İade, arızalı parça ve test süreçleri
- Sahadan dönen arızalı/garanti parçalarını teslim almak, kayıt ile eşleştirmek ve sınıflandırmak.
- Temel elektrik/elektronik ve mekanik ölçüm aletleriyle (multimetre vb.) parçaların ön testini yapmak; tamir edilebilir, hurda veya tedarikçiye iade olarak ayırmak.
- Garanti iade (RMA) ve hurda süreçlerini prosedüre uygun yürütmek.
Stok doğruluğu ve depo düzeni
- Periyodik ve dönemsel sayımlara katılmak; sistem–fiziki stok farklarını raporlamak.
- Kritik parça minimum stok seviyelerini izleyip eksikleri bildirmek.
- Depoda 5S, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) ve ESD (elektrostatik) kurallarına uyulmasını sağlamak; forklift/transpalet gibi ekipmanları güvenli kullanmak.
