WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As anAssistantHead Coach, you willassistthe Store Leader (Nike Head Coach)by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store.You will perform all store management functions intheabsence of Head Coach. You will coordinateand supervise the daily activities of business supportstaffandset priorities for the team to ensure taskcompletion,coordinate work activities with other supervisors.You will applymanagement skills to improve efficiency andaccomplishoperationalobjectiveswithin ownunitandwillbe responsible forrecruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.You will set priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines,develop plans to meet short-termobjectives, perform work in support of brand plans,demonstratelink between daily work&companymissionandparticipatein initiatives, and programs.You will prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities. Also, you maybe requiredtocommunicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 3 years management experience, including experience in coaching,counsellingand developing people
Ability to leada high levelof customer service in a Brand Retailer
Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team
Ability to work evenings,weekends,and holidays
