Pro Financial Services is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage underwriting activities across a specialized and varied book of business. You will help evaluate coverage involving individuals and organizations whose financial results may depend on the availability or performance of key people, applying careful analysis to exposures, benefit amounts, pricing inputs, and underwriting requirements. PFS provides specialized coverage designed to protect individuals’ income and help organizations manage financial loss when a key person cannot perform.

You will succeed in this role by combining sound insurance judgment with strong communication, mathematical reasoning, and close attention to detail. The position calls for someone who can move confidently between the larger business context and the details of an individual file, work directly with brokers, and take increasing ownership as they learn PFS’s products and underwriting approach. • Review and approve documentation within assigned authority and escalate exceptions, discrepancies, and matters requiring additional underwriting review in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with PFS functions, including account management, underwriting, claims, accounting, administrative support, analytics, and senior leadership.
  • Provide professional and responsive service consistent with organizational standards and support the effectiveness of PFS underwriting operations.
