At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

Our ad-supported tier has become one of the fastest-growing parts of the business. Advertisers are drawn to our premium, minimally disruptive ad experience that reaches deeply engaged, hard-to-reach audiences at scale, with a growing product suite built for the next generation of advertising.

Our Team

The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that power the delivery of ads using our world class content delivery ecosystem. We deliver ads in a manner that's thoughtful of our members' viewing experience and drives great outcomes for advertisers.

Our team is new and yet faced with the ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that's rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that differentiate Netflix from other ad-supported streaming services.

We are looking for a Product Manager in the advertising space who is excited to join us on this journey.

About the Role

Assets are a critical part of how creative gets built at Netflix. We're making a significant investment in helping advertisers bring high-quality assets to our platform, from driving asset comprehension and holding a consistent quality bar to building the tools that help buyers meet that bar, whether by using what they already have, adapting something they've run before, or tailoring what they provide to our needs.

This product manager will own the asset experience end to end, making it fast, clear, and low-friction for any advertiser, through any channel, to go from a submitted asset to a fully formed creative that's ready to run.

This PM will:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for creative assets across the advertiser journey, from submission through readiness for use in a creative
  • Define and evolve the quality standards and requirements for assets, and make them clear and consistent for advertisers, partners, and internal teams
  • Build tools that help buyers create, adapt, and improve assets to meet our quality bar, applying automation and generative AI where they unlock the most value
  • Make asset issues easy to understand and resolve, with clear diagnostics and workflows that keep advertisers in control of their creative
  • Define success metrics for your product area, using data and feedback to guide prioritization and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, ad operations, creative production, policy, and legal to deliver products that drive measurable advertiser and business outcomes

We're seeking a candidate who has

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling platform, tooling, or workflow products, ideally in media, content pipelines, or creative production
  • Experience defining quality standards or requirements that multiple teams and external users depend on
  • Experience building products that use automation, machine learning, or generative AI, with an understanding of their quality and trust considerations
  • A track record of designing self-service experiences for external users that reduce friction and complexity
  • Strategic judgment to own a clear, prioritized roadmap that ladders into the broader demand and ad business strategy, balancing foundational work with high-visibility impact
  • Strong communication skills and a bias for clarity, impact, and simplicity, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trust
  • Proven ability to partner with engineering, design, data science and operations teams to drive alignment and deliver results
  • Strong leadership qualities: curious, tenacious, proactive, data-driven and customer-centric
  • Ads or creative production experience is a strong plus but not required
