Senior Project Manager/Senior Scrum Master

N-iX is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master for a hybrid, multi-stream role that combines account management support, agile team leadership, SAFe consulting, and end-to-end delivery of solution-based projects. The role spans staff augmentation engagements and solution delivery in a sophisticated multi-vendor enterprise environment, requiring someone who can establish robust delivery frameworks, coach teams to excellence, and advise the client on scaled agile practices. A solid technical understanding of IT is essential, as the managed streams have a significant technical component.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise solution-based projects end-to-end: Discovery, MVP, release, and support
• Lead PMP-grade project management covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, and cross-functional dependencies
• Act as Scrum Master for dev teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and tracking metrics
• Consult clients on SAFe implementation, PI planning, ART coordination, and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Support account management for staff augmentation teams, managing team health, utilization, and escalations
• Maintain technical dialogue with engineers and assess enterprise system integration risks
• Drive hands-on GenAI adoption in management workflows (reporting, planning) and coach teams on AI-assisted practices
• Serve as primary contact for senior stakeholders, delivering transparent status reports and strategic roadmaps

Requirements:

• 5+ years combined experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles
• Proven track record in end-to-end solution delivery, hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environments, and staff augmentation models
• Hands-on experience within SAFe environments and multi-vendor governance setups
• Strong technical background covering SDLC, software architecture, enterprise integrations, and DevOps/CI-CD
• Practical experience applying GenAI tools to management workflows and delivery optimization
• Proficiency with standard project management tooling (Jira, MS Project, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent executive presentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• At least Upper Intermediate English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certifications
• AWS or Azure certification (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect)
• Hands-on technical background (prior engineering/IT role)
• Consulting background or experience in enterprise software for industrial/manufacturing sectors
