About the role
Start your career at a high-profile Data Centre in Melbourne. No prior security experience required and NO SECURITY LICENCE REQUIRED.
MSS Security welcomes applicants from all industries, including customer service, hospitality, retail, administration and logistics.
What we offer
- MSS Security provides full training to help you succeed in the role.
- PV clearance allowance: Employees holding a Positive Vetting Clearance will receive a competitive allowance of up to $20,000 per year.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Verify identification to ensure only authorised individuals enter restricted area.
- Maintain continuous line of sight of visitors while escorting them through secure areas.
- Inspect hand-carried items in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate visitor access logs.
Requirements:
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Willingness to obtain an AGSVA Positive Vetting (PV) Security Clearance.
- Willingness to obtain a Victorian Security Licence.
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
- Ability to walk up to 15,000 steps per shift.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive security vetting and provide the information required by AGSVA, which may include residential, overseas travel, employment, education and financial history, as well as referee details.
