The Millard Public Schools is a school district in the southwest part of Omaha, Nebraska. The first school in Millard was established in the fall of 1870. The school district is named for Ezra Millard (1833-1886) who platted Millard, a mostly uninhabited prairie 12 miles southwest of the city. The former city of Millard was annexed by the City of Omaha in 1971 after a lengthy legal battle.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
